2026 Coach Application
We're in the process of getting everything sorted for this summer, including hiring coaches!
Our coaching program includes 2 levels:
Assistant Coaches (our "big" coaches who are rising 9th graders & above who run practices, help at meets, and do the bulk of the coaching work)
Junior Coaches (volunteer coaches who are rising 6th - 9th graders who want to learn how it all works, assist the Assistant Coaches & myself, and who want to earn service hours/work toward potentially being an Assistant Coach in the future)
The links above are the Google Form applications for each position -- please ensure that the applicant (not the parent) actually fills these out/provides the answers, as learning how to do things like this is one of the major goals of these programs.
Where necessary I'll set up interviews for any new coaches I don't know/haven't worked with before; communications about that + hiring + starting dates will come later this month.
I am so excited to be back at Nottaway this summer! I coached at Nottaway when I was in high school -- back when we were the Navigators! Since then I've attended college at the University of Georgia, graduate school at the University of South Florida, worked as a CPA and then a math teacher, including teaching (and being an assistant Swim Team coach) at St. Pius for the past 13 years. I am married to a fellow Georgia Bulldog, Rob, and we have 3 daughters, Claire, Evie, and Julia. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!
